Policy
Payments can be completed through Gunn High School's Webstore, by check, or cash. Online payment is under the name "GMUN Conference". For first time users, click the "How to Login to the Webstore" and follow the instructions. Check payment is addressable to Gunn High School with Gunn MUN and delegation name in the memo line. Cash payment for the entire delegation must be turned in as one sum by the head delegate or advisor, NOT individually by delegates. The payment is due the day of the conference (October 24), in which you will be given a paper copy of your delegation's invoice. If the payment is not completed on time, your delegation will not be allowed to participate in GMUNC XIII. Furthermore, each delegate must complete a delegate form and emergency contact and medical form. Such forms can be found in the "Conference" tab of this website. Any delegations requiring invoices in order to process a payment should contact us at secretariat@gunnmun.org.
